I was in a dark place, indoors, and suddenly got a call from a guy. I took the call but had trouble hearing everything the guy said to me because my mom & others were speaking at the same time. I motioned/gestured for them to stop by making the universal sharp cutting hand-wave near the neck, like cut it out.  All I could gather from the call was that I had the opportunity to take a preliminary test, like a pre-employment screen, before perhaps doing an interview. The guy gave me the location of the test which was at a place called Marty’s. Next thing I knew it was day time and I went to the shop of the guy who had called me, with the assumption that he’d be my boss/employer pending a successful test-performance. I thought it would be a good idea to pop in to say hello so he’d have a face to put with the name, to perhaps play up any possibility of a subjective element, in case there was any competition on the objective evaluation portion of the process. 

That part was brief, and I walked out believing that was a good move, then went over to some office-like building. My memory has become a bit fuzzy about the details, but it seemed I first met with a couple guys, then went into a room where there were a bunch of other job candidates, I assumed, who I judged were of good potential; smart, competent men & women.  At the same time I felt like I already had a ‘lock’ on it, but it wasn’t made explicit until later on.  After being in the room with the others for a brief moment, I went down the hallway and met with someone who gave me the results of my test and my performance was 100%. There was some element of ‘this is great!’ etc, but also a quality of like ‘of course, no doubt, you were a shoe-in’ etc. I was then introduced to a small team, one of whom was a new guy, who seemed to be a bit shy. He was a long-haired blond guy.
