Dream: Not a Bunny Slope

I arrived at a property that I believe was for sale. It was steeply  sloped, mostly undeveloped acreage, which was on a city block, surrounded by paved streets, sidewalks, curbing, etc.  It had a single road on it through the middle, which was more like a bike path; it went absolutely straight up the slope, and the slope continued up so far and flattened out, presumably, but the rest became out of sight. It was unknown to me what was up there; I wondered about its condition in the winter for plowing, and presumed that the upper portion would seem like an impossibility to drive on.  A couple other guys were there, and they asked me about this paved road, like maybe they could see it on a map.  Surprisingly, it was on the map, and the name of this road was Hannum Rd, and I could see it running through the property lines on the map, my perspective was from the backside, so it showed up as a printed red line as light shined through it, in contrast to the black lines for everything else.  So then I thought about skiing there, and looked at the terrain in that way. It seemed somewhat plausible at first, but the issue was the shape of the whole thing. It was like this lower section had a nice smooth, wide uniformly flat surface, but it didn’t extend much up the hill before it came to another section which was essentially vertical cliffs. I looked up at the vertical portion and thought maybe it’d be good for base-jumping, then looked at the lower area and commented about perhaps turning this lower area into a bunny slope, but then I realized how steep it was, basically seeing it from a profile perspective. Then Jürgen Klopp was there and with all things considered, I concluded — this is too steep to be a bunny slope — implying that it was only suitable for professionals/advanced skiers.  Then we left, and I just remember turning a corner to the right and went to a parked car.

*Update* I recorded this dream in the morning of 10/19, then that same evening watched coverage of a professional disc golf tournament, the DGPT Tour Championship where a competitor was Austin Hannum. In that day’s round, Hannum got off to a rough start and fell several strokes behind the leaders. By the back-9 he was so far behind that I knew it would be an impossible climb back to the top for him.
